From The Social Communication Management of “Aeropuerto Internacional Felipe Ángeles”, S.A. de C.V.(To address doubts, complaints, suggestions, or comments from passengers, users, and the general public).
I. Address of the Data Controller. The Majority State Participation Company named “Aeropuerto Internacional Felipe Ángeles”, S.A. de C.V, with address at Circuito Exterior Mexiquense Km. 33, Zumpango, State of Mexico, C.P. 55640, 3rd Floor, Level (10.50) of the Passenger Terminal Building, is responsible for the processing of the personal data that you provide to us through the “Official AIFA Website”, via the Social Communication Management. This data will be protected in accordance with the provisions of the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Parties (LGPDPPSO) and other applicable regulations.
II. Personal Data to be Processed. Through this Privacy Notice, it is made known that the following data will be collected: 1. Name(s) and surnames (paternal and maternal); 2. Telephone number (mobile and/or landline); 3. Email address.
III. Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data. Based on articles 6/o, section A, 16 paragraph two of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; 6/o, 8/o, fraction III and 10 of the General Law on Social Communication; 45, 46, 48, fraction III, 53 and 62, fraction IX of the Airports Law; 47, 48, 54, 55, 56, 57 and 127 fraction II, section a and 132 of the Regulations of the Airports Law; and the functions and attributions of the Social Communication Management of the General Manual of “Aeropuerto Internacional Felipe Ángeles”, S.A. de C.V.
IV. Purpose of the Personal Data Processing.The purpose is to address the doubts, complaints, suggestions, and/or comments from passengers, users, and the general public, which will serve to provide a better service from the International Aerodrome. Furthermore, the collected data processed will be used to create a database for the purpose of carrying out statistical analyses and directing the comments to the responsible areas according to their functions and obligations for the continuous improvement of this Entity.
V. Data Transfer. The Social Communication Management, through its processing, will not transfer personal data to third parties.
VI. Mechanisms, Means, and Procedures Available for Exercising ARCO Rights. The protection of personal data is a human right that gives individuals the power to control the information they share with third parties, as well as the right to have it used appropriately. Therefore, we inform you that, at all times, you may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by exercising your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO), which the LGPDPPSO provides for, by submitting your written request through the National Transparency Platform at the following electronic address: https://www.plataformadetransparencia.org.mx/ or at the address of this Entity's Transparency Unit.

VIII. Means by which the Data Controller will Communicate Changes to the Privacy Notice to Data Subjects. Should there be changes to this Privacy Notice, we will inform you through this Airport's (AIFA) website https://www.aifa.aero/ in the virtual section for Personal Data Protection.
